 Mr. Dominguez is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Founder of RD Capital Group, Inc. (“RD Capital”), which is a privately-owned, FINRA-member brokerage firm with a full service office located in San Juan, PR. RD Capital is one of the largest locally-owned and headquartered securities firms in Puerto Rico. 



Prior to forming RD Capital, Mr Dominguez was a Senior Vice President and Co-Branch Manager of Dean Witter Reynolds Inc. of Puerto Rico. During his tenure, Mr. Dominguez was the firm’s top taxable fixed income securities producer throughout Dean Witter’s offices worldwide and, based on such efforts, Mr. Dominguez was consistently selected for membership in Dean Witter’s exclusive Chairman’s Club. Prior to joining Dean Witter, Mr. Dominguez was a Partner and Senior Vice President with Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. and a member of the firm’s Million Dollar Club. Prior to Drexel, Mr. Dominguez also worked for Paine Webber of Puerto Rico.

 

Mr. Dominguez received an Executive Management Certificate from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, a Masters Degree in Finance from Inter-American University and received a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico. Mr. Dominguez was a major shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Caribbean Federal Saving Bank and was actively involved in the acquisition negotiations that led to the sale of Caribbean Federal to R&G Federal Savings Bank. Mr. Dominguez also served on the Boards of R&G Federal and Puerto Rico International Bank. Mr. Dominguez is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Securities Industry Association and the Puerto Rico Treasury Management Association. Mr. Dominguez was a member of the board of directors of Margo Caribe, Inc. (PR) and Euro-Caribe Packing Company, Inc. (PR).
